The VR Experience “Spatial Encounters” celebrated its premiere in the Thuringian monastery Volkenroda on August 27 and 28, 2021 and set experimental and virtual accents in the context of the Summer Concert Festival!
Together with violinist David Wedel, up to 6 visitors per session could move through virtual sceneries and co-creatively design the space. True to the festival motto “Begegnung” (encounter), the installation awakened a desire to improvise and play and enabled a new perspective on the jointly created worlds of sound and color.
